棒材冷床熱金屬檢測器
在軋鋼生產(chǎn)線上,棒材冷床是整條生產(chǎn)線上的關(guān)鍵部分,而熱金屬檢測器(熱檢探頭、紅外線檢測器)又是棒材冷床的重要檢測站,熱金屬檢測器的溫度檢測范圍寬、穩(wěn)定性好是軋鋼產(chǎn)量和成材率的根本保障。
新一代棒材冷床熱金屬檢測器HMD4、HGE98、HGE65、RJJ4、RJJG型扁口在傳統(tǒng)檢測器的安裝尺寸、接線編號的基礎(chǔ)上進(jìn)行升級。機芯采用進(jìn)口元件、檢測頭采用多角度顯微鏡鏡片和大口徑耐高溫工藝玻璃防塵,使檢測范圍更寬。檢測器帶有現(xiàn)場電源變色指示燈、高溫警示燈、實驗按鈕和可靠的航空插頭電線電纜,在現(xiàn)場具有穩(wěn)定性好,操作維修方便等特點。
1.工作原理
本檢測器接收到鋼的運動信號,經(jīng)光學(xué)部分進(jìn)行聚焦到光學(xué)元件上后經(jīng)電子線路處理,輸出兩對開關(guān)量,繼電器觸點輸出和無觸點電平輸出,實現(xiàn)冷床一個站點的監(jiān)控。

3.使用方法
紅鋼運動范圍在檢測中的視場范圍內(nèi),然后上下左右調(diào)整檢測器,使鋼在檢測器視場范圍內(nèi)的中間位置即可保證可靠工作,***后固定檢測器。

5.注意事項
①請不要在太陽光直射到的地方安裝檢測器,做好防止陽光及其他光線的干擾;
②在周圍環(huán)境達(dá)到70℃以上時必須加水冷卻;
③檢測器使用一段時間后,請擦除防塵筒內(nèi)平凸透鏡上的灰塵等雜物,如靈敏度有下降,請調(diào)節(jié)檢測器的靈敏度。

Hot metal detector
In the rolling steel production line, the cold bed is the key part of the whole production line, and the hot metal detector (thermal detector, infrared detector) is an important inspection station of the cold bed. The wide temperature detection range and the fine stability are the fundamental guarantee of the rolling steel output and yield.
These new generati*** of hot metal detectors HMD4, HGE98, HGE65, RJJ4, RJJG-flat type are updated from the traditional in aspects of installation dimension and Connection number. Imported components are used in electronic circuits. In the detecting head, the multi-angle microscope lens and the large-diameter heat-resistant dustproof glass are introduced. All these improvements make the detection range wider. The detectors are equipped with color-change indicator, high-temperature warning indicator, test button and reliable ***iation plug, electric wires and cables, which h***e the characteristics of stability, easy-use, easy-maintenance, etc.
1. Working principle
The hot metal detector receives a light signal from the moving steel. The light is concentrated on the optical component. After the signal is processed by electronic circuits, two kinds of switches are outputted: relay passive contact output and contactless active high level output, which implement the monitoring of one station on the cooling bed.

3. How to use
Put the detector in a position where the movement of the hot metal is within the range of detection. Then adjust the direction of the detector to make sure that the hot metal is at the center of detection range. In the end, immobilize the detector.

5. Cauti***
① Please do not install the detector in the position radiated by the sunlight directly. Prevent disturbances of sunlight and other possible lights.
② Water-cooling is a must when the environment temperature exceeds 70℃.
③ After a period of usage time, please wipe the dust or dirt on the lens which is hidden in the dustproof cylinder. If the sensitivity is declined, please adjust the sensitivity knob.
