該設(shè)備室選礦實(shí)驗(yàn)研究單位和選礦中間實(shí)驗(yàn)工廠，進(jìn)行礦石可選性研究實(shí)驗(yàn)時(shí)，作業(yè)連續(xù)磨礦貨研究測(cè)定礦石可磨性指標(biāo)之用，亦可供選礦精選廠做磨礦設(shè)備使用，本產(chǎn)品由原地礦部***指定企業(yè)生產(chǎn)，執(zhí)行行業(yè)標(biāo)準(zhǔn)。

本設(shè)備主要由420/450的格子型球磨機(jī)、150/1200的螺旋分級(jí)機(jī)、35升擺式給礦機(jī)、90/600螺旋運(yùn)輸機(jī)組成，可連續(xù)進(jìn)行閉路磨礦工作。

設(shè)備出廠時(shí)，均已安裝好電氣設(shè)備和供水系統(tǒng)，安裝時(shí)，不需另設(shè)基礎(chǔ)。

根據(jù)所處理的物料性質(zhì)和對(duì)磨細(xì)產(chǎn)品粒度特性的具體要求，可選三種不同流程，分別進(jìn)行磨礦：1.預(yù)先磨礦，檢查分級(jí)；2.預(yù)先分級(jí)，返砂再磨；3.開始磨礦。

Laboratory Grate Mill S12 is provided for mineral processing research organization and pilot plant for continued grinding operation,and study and determination of indexes of ore grindability in tests of mineral feasibility also can be provided for beneficiation plant as grinding equipment or other industries as fine material gringing equipment.The product is produced by the only enterprise designated by the former Ministry of Geology and Mineral Resources,in compliance with the Industrial standa***.

The equipment mainly comprises420/450 Grate Ball Mill,150/1200 Screw Classifier,35 liter Swing Feeder and 90/600 Screw Conveyor and can conduct grinding operation continuously in a close circuit.

Equipment, factory, had installed electrical equipment and water supply systems, installation, without a separate base.
According to the materials handled by the nature and size characteristics of the pulverized product specific requirements, optional three different processes, respectively grinding: 1. Pre-grinding, inspection classification; 2. Pre-graded sand and then back to grind ; 3. start grinding.
