聚丙烯酰胺系列產(chǎn)品（PAM）
一、產(chǎn)品介紹：聚丙烯酰胺是水溶性的高分子聚合物。因為其分子鏈中含有一定數(shù)量的極性基團，能通過吸附水中懸浮的固體粒子使粒子間架橋或通過電荷中和使粒子凝聚形成大的絮凝物。所以，它可加速懸浮液中粒子的沉降，有非常明顯的加快溶液澄清、促進過濾等效果。
二、產(chǎn)品特點：l 、陽離子型、陰離子型、非離子型、***離子型，品種規(guī)格齊全，可以滿足各方面需要。 2 、水溶性好，在冷水中也能完全溶解。 3 、添加少量本系列產(chǎn)品，即可收到極大的絮凝效果。一般只需添加 0.01 - 10 ppm ( 0.01 - 10g/m3) ，即可充分發(fā)揮作用。 4 、同時使用本系列產(chǎn)品和聚合氯化鋁，可顯示出更大的效果。
三、功能：本系列產(chǎn)品絮凝效果極強，因為它具有： l 、澄清凈化作用；2 、沉降促進作用； 3 、過濾促進作用； 4 、增稠(濃)作用及其它作用。在廢水、廢液處理、污泥濃縮脫水、鉆井泥漿添加劑、選礦、洗煤、造紙等方面，能夠充分滿足各種領(lǐng)域的要求。
四、使用方法：1、使用時，配成 0.1 - 0.3% 濃度的水溶液，以使用中性不含鹽類雜物的水為宜。2、溶解時，將本系列產(chǎn)品均勻撒入攪拌的水中，攪速控制在100-300rpm，適當(dāng)加溫(< 60 ℃ ) ,可加速溶解。3 、調(diào)整被處理液的PH值，使本系列產(chǎn)品充分發(fā)揮作用（通過試驗選擇***佳PH值和本系列產(chǎn)品的用量)。4 、加入本系列產(chǎn)品溶液時，應(yīng)加速與被處理液的混合，出現(xiàn)絮凝物后，減慢攪速，以利絮凝物增長和加速沉降。 
五、包裝、貯存及注意事項 ：采用25Kg襯塑編織袋或紙塑復(fù)合袋包裝，也可根據(jù)用戶要求包裝。聚丙烯酰胺本身沒***性，只有當(dāng)吸入量大于千分之五時因腸胃粘膜對營養(yǎng)的吸收被粘阻而***。聚丙烯酰胺中殘留的丙烯酰胺單體***，食品應(yīng)用要嚴(yán)格控制。
