本機主要用于各種油漆、油墨、塑料、顏料、食品等膏狀物料，特別適用于研磨分散粘度高而粒度要求細的產(chǎn)品．輥筒采用冷硬合金鑄鐵離心澆注，晶相緊密，強度高，表面具有高硬度和耐磨性，并設有冷卻系統(tǒng)。本廠還生產(chǎn)電加熱、蒸汽加熱式三輥研磨機及花崗巖輥筒，陶瓷輥筒，***輥筒的各種規(guī)格三輥研磨機。

該機通過轉動手輪調(diào)節(jié)水平方向的三根輥筒之間的間隙及輥筒表面相互擠扎和不同速度摩擦達到研磨分散的效果．

Thia machine is mainly used for paste materials of paint, printing ink, pigment and plastic. It is specially applied in polishing the materials with disperstivity, hlgh viscosity, and finenness. The rolleir iS poured by the chilling cast alloy ystal close,the intensity is high.The surface has the high degree of hardness and the wear-resisting. It is eqipped with the cooling system.We also preoducse the elecrit heating,steam heating type 3-rollers mill and each kind of specification 3-rollers mill such as granite roller,ceramic roller,never rustsy roller.
