立式乳化機(jī)工作原理
立式乳化機(jī)由機(jī)架、轉(zhuǎn)定子、分散輪組成，在電機(jī)的驅(qū)動下，裝在罐中部的小分散盤迅速開始工作，分散、切割，中上部的漂浮及部分添加劑，所形成的鍋流正好增強(qiáng)了整體液料的循環(huán)起到了上下層同時分散、乳化、均質(zhì)作用。以此同時按裝底部乳化機(jī)頭也在雙向吸料，從中部和底部將物料吸入粉碎研磨區(qū)內(nèi)，首先斜面刀片進(jìn)行切割、分散，然后有研磨刀片進(jìn)行粉碎、乳化。物料除承受劇烈的機(jī)動運(yùn)動和液體剪切之外同時還承受擠壓、撞擊、撕裂和摩擦等，整個工作過程物料不斷循環(huán)上下翻滾，在精密的轉(zhuǎn)子和定子及分散盤的配合下，使物料微粒在極短的時間內(nèi)很快被撕破，粉碎成亞微米細(xì)度，達(dá)到分散、乳化、均質(zhì)的目的。
