為確保保護和***大化稅款征收，和正確評估關(guān)稅和其他稅收， ***海關(guān)局實施了對散貨和零散貨的清關(guān)加強方案(Bulk and Break Bulk Cargo Clearance Enhancement Program)。該方案采用符合海關(guān)國際***佳實踐和***貿(mào)易標(biāo)準的方法對到***的散貨和零散貨實施檢驗，并對其進行正確的分類和估值。

“Load Port Survey Report” (LPSR) 和 “Summary report” (SR)是該方案的報告，必須在貨物到達***港口前提交到***當(dāng)局。報告中包含以下內(nèi)容：

- Company Name, Exporter & Importer,

- Product Type, Quantity Claimed,

- Value of Goods, Unit FOB Price,

- HS Code,

- MV & Port of Shipment, ETA Date. Etc.

為順利取得該LPSR/ SR報告，需提交下列文件及上面的信息：

- Proforma Invoice / Commercial Invoice

- Packing List

- L/C

- B/L

- Port of Destination
