設(shè)備敘述 Description 

1.KP-L210和KP-U210是專為薄板設(shè)計的它使用的板架是65°可以放置較薄的板件.  

KP-L210 and KP-U210 is designed for thinner panels with 65°L-Rack.

2.手臂以伺服驅(qū)動,配合各種板件,可與人機介面設(shè)定參數(shù),達到***佳工作效能.  

Robot arm is driven by servo apply for various panels. Parameter can   be set in HMI to achieve the best efficiency.

3.以12只吸盤吸取板件,配合抖動氣缸減少二片板件投出,且吸盤調(diào)整   簡易,可同步或各別調(diào)整.  

12 suction pads suck panels with shaking movement to decrease double panels outlet.   Suction pads can be adjusted easily together or respectivly.

4.KP-L210 配備有除二片裝置及二片偵測(option).  

Equipped with shaking cylinder and double panel detector(option).

5.KP-L210與KP-U201具備二段式整板裝置,拍薄板不會發(fā)生拱起現(xiàn)象.  

Alignment device arranges panel via 2 speeds not to cause bends on thin panels.

適用制程 Process line

內(nèi)層壓膜機,內(nèi)層***機,內(nèi)層滾輪涂布機,AOI,顯影蝕刻去膜等.

I/L Laminator, I/L Exposure machine, I/L Roller coater, AOI,DES etc.
