***檢驗檢疫證書基本要求
一、證書上應(yīng)當(dāng)標(biāo)明：品名（包括學(xué)名）、產(chǎn)地、生產(chǎn)模式（養(yǎng)殖或捕撈，如養(yǎng)殖應(yīng)標(biāo)明養(yǎng)殖區(qū)域，如捕撈需標(biāo)明捕撈區(qū)域、捕撈漁船船名及編號）、加工方式、生產(chǎn)加工企業(yè)名稱及注冊號、出證部門；注明運輸工具（船名、航班號、集裝箱號等）、封識號、發(fā)貨人、收貨人、數(shù)/重量、生產(chǎn)日期。
二、檢驗檢疫證書不得涂改，須有******及***檢驗檢疫人員簽名，目的地須為中華人民共和國。
三、每一批水產(chǎn)品須有一份檢驗檢疫證書正本。證書用語必須為中文、英文對照，或中文、英文及其他外文對照。
四、證書應(yīng)當(dāng)載明以下內(nèi)容：

1. 上述產(chǎn)品來自主管當(dāng)局注冊的企業(yè)。The above fishery products were come from the establishment approved by competent authority.
2. 該產(chǎn)品在衛(wèi)生條件下生產(chǎn)、包裝、儲藏和運輸，并置于主管當(dāng)局監(jiān)督之下。The products were produced, packed, stored, and transported under sanitary condition, which were under the supervision of competent authority.
3. 該產(chǎn)品經(jīng)主管當(dāng)局檢驗檢疫，未發(fā)現(xiàn)中國規(guī)定的***病菌、******物質(zhì)和***。The products were inspected and quarantined by competent authority and not found any pathogenic bacteria, harmful substances and foreign substances regulated in the P.R.China.
4. 該產(chǎn)品符合獸醫(yī)衛(wèi)生要求，適合人類食用。The products meet veterinary sanitary requirements and fit for human c***umption.
