EGO溫控器工作原理
溫度傳感部件由溫包、毛細管、薄膜片以及膨脹介質(zhì)組成。在溫包被加熱時,介質(zhì)被加熱并開始膨脹。介質(zhì)的膨脹增加了整個傳感部件閉合系統(tǒng)中的壓力。增加的壓力被轉化為薄膜片的位移。
這種位移也稱為行程,可觸動快動開關,該開關可斷開或者閉合電路??赏ㄟ^調(diào)節(jié)轉軸設需要的***移變量。
極短的位移即可啟動溫控器。在烘烤過程中,增加0.01 mm位移相當于溫度設定升高大約3K。這種高精度由精細縝密的制造工藝得到保證。
