HE23132 is a high-efficiency, synchronous step-down converter with current-mode control which provides cycle-by-cycle current limit and fast transient resp***e.HE23132 operates from a 6V to 40V input voltage range and delivers up to 2.0A of load current with excellent load and line regulation. The output voltage can be set by means of an external divider. The device uses an internal power DMOS with 0.13Ω to get very high efficiency and high switching speed.
