  適用于鋼線、鐵線、不銹鋼線有色金屬線材（圓線、方線、扁線）卷圓、半圓或任意角度（同心角）的圓弧，本機是五金、鐵線行業(yè)專用設備之一。

  只需將鐵絲整卷放入鐵絲架上，取一頭線頭穿入打圈機的指定孔位，按打圈產品規(guī)格設置好線周長數值、數量、線速，開啟開關打圈機即可全自動運作，控制器采用日本三菱PLC，操作面板采用人機對話界面，界面為中英文（可選）顯示，送料系統(tǒng)采用伺服電機送料，切斷采用液壓系統(tǒng)切線，當完成指定任務后打圈機會自動停機，電機啟動即有產品出，定長精度高，送線速度可自由設定，送料速度可高達40-70米/分鐘，當線長精度誤差超出0.5mm時，設備自動報警停機，減少不必要的線材損耗，本機只需用一臺小功率電機,比油壓式和機械式更為省電。
