The SAD0102 Decoder provides low-cost, all digital decoding of analog NTSC/PAL (Y/Cand Component option ) to SD-SDI. The SAD0102 is useful for bringing video from time-base corrected analog composite equipment into a serial digital environment. The SAD0102 decodes the full dynamic range of input video - values below black and above white are not clipped.
