厚土竹材所生產(chǎn)的竹板材選用的竹材原料以及膠水全都采用達(dá)到環(huán)保標(biāo)準(zhǔn)，產(chǎn)品全部為歐洲E1級(jí)環(huán)保竹板、竹材。

產(chǎn)品根據(jù)工藝結(jié)構(gòu)不同有平壓竹板、側(cè)壓竹板、工字竹板、縱橫竹板；

根據(jù)顏色不同有本色（米白色）、碳化（咖啡色）及斑馬色（本色碳化交織）

常規(guī)規(guī)格有2000*600、2000*500、2200*500，常規(guī)厚度有5mm、10mm、12mm、15mm、18mm

客戶也可根據(jù)自身需求在以下規(guī)格尺寸范圍內(nèi)定做：長度≤2550mm、寬度≤1250mm、厚度1.5mm-450mm。

碳化竹板材經(jīng)過100度高溫熏蒸，三個(gè)大氣壓高壓炭化處理，脫糖脫脂，殺蟲滅菌，

本色竹板材選用新鮮楠竹原材，經(jīng)過沸水高溫蒸煮，充分析出竹材中糖分和脂肪，殺蟲滅菌處理．***大程度保證竹板原色．

 厚土竹板材是將竹精銑片科學(xué)疊加，用環(huán)保膠在高溫高壓狀態(tài)下集合成不同規(guī)格的板材，具有***的物理力學(xué)性能，其硬度可達(dá)32HB（櫸木24HB），密度高每cm3達(dá)0.79g（櫸木0.63g）,抗壓強(qiáng)度達(dá)1271kg/cm2(櫸木≤600kgs),并且具有吸水膨脹系數(shù)小、不干裂和不變形的優(yōu)點(diǎn)。
