       聚氨酯硬質(zhì)泡沫塑料瓦(管):用于室內(nèi)外各種管道,***空調(diào)管道、化工、醫(yī)藥等工業(yè)管道的保溫、保冷。        
        采用高功能***和多次甲基多***多異***酸酯為主要原料,在催化劑、發(fā)泡劑、表面活性劑等作用下,經(jīng)化學(xué)反映發(fā)泡而成。     
    聚氨酯產(chǎn)品具有容量輕、強(qiáng)度高、絕熱、隔音、阻燃、耐寒、防腐、不吸水、施工簡(jiǎn)便快捷等優(yōu)異特點(diǎn),已成為建筑、運(yùn)輸、石油、化工、電力、冷藏等工業(yè)部門絕熱保溫、防水堵漏、密封等不可缺少的材料。

        以異***酸酯、多元醇(組合聚醚或聚酯)為主要原料加入添加劑組成的雙組分,經(jīng)現(xiàn)場(chǎng)噴涂施工的具有防水和絕熱功能的硬質(zhì)泡沫材料。適用于現(xiàn)場(chǎng)噴涂法施工的聚氨酯硬泡體非外露保溫防水材料。其導(dǎo)熱系數(shù)低,僅 0.018 ~ 0.024W/ ( m &|m i d|dot; k ),相當(dāng)于 EPS 的一半,是目前所有保溫材料中導(dǎo)熱系數(shù)***低的,且熱工性能好,還具有耐老化、化學(xué)穩(wěn)定性好、防潮防水性優(yōu)良、耐溫不熔化等優(yōu)點(diǎn)。執(zhí)行標(biāo)準(zhǔn): JC/T 998 — 2006 , JGJ14 - 1999 , GB10800 - 1989 。
