The using Instruction of Hot Ink Roll
Firstly,put hot ink roll into preheater to preheat for about 5 minutes(if there isn't any preheater, you can preheat it on ink roll coding machine
Adjust the gap between the character mould and hot ink roll to its best position.

Put preheated ink roll into the warehouse of coding machine,adjust heating temperature to 90 ºC, run the ink coding machine and then you can print legible production date,weight,batch number,etc. on plastic films. |

On the contrary, if the printing effect is relatively poor,you should gradually raise the heating temperature of ink roll(5—10ºC each time) up to 150 ºC until using up the ink in it,based on the principle that the ink will not automatically drop during heating; |

Put preheated hot ink roll into the warehouse of coding machine,adjust heating temperature to about 120 ºC, run the ink coding machine and then you can print legible production date,weight,batch number,etc. on plastic films; |

With the increasing of printing times, the ink in the ink roll is gradually reducing, at this time, you should gradually raise the heating temperature of ink roll(5—10ºC each time) , and then it can print one quarter more than before. |
Note: Due to the wide ranges of coding machine,you should adjust temperature in accordance with the actual printing effects,which is influenced by the temperature.
