FSZC系列直線振動流化床干燥機
工作原理：
物料自進(jìn)料口進(jìn)入機內(nèi)，在激振力作用下，物料沿流化床孔板水平向前拋擲連續(xù)運動，熱風(fēng)穿過流化床內(nèi)孔板向上經(jīng)同物料換熱后，由排風(fēng)口排出，干燥物料由排料口排出。適用顆粒、片狀、粉狀物料干燥。
Working principle:
After feeding materials into machine, they travel along the holed plank of fluidized bed in leveling fluidized direction, with continuous casting movement. Materials are heated by the hot air which passes through the holed plank. The air exhausts from the outlet and the materials remove away from another opening. It is suitable for drying grains, flakes and powder like materials.
主要特點：
1、物料受熱均勻、熱交換充分、干燥強度高，干燥強度：50~800kg/h，干燥面積：1~12m2。
2、結(jié)構(gòu)設(shè)計合理、不漏料、不返風(fēng)。
3、密封性好、操作方便、噪音低。

典型物料干燥：
硼酸、硼砂、檸檬酸、精鹽、味精、酒糟、酵母（飼料）、芝麻、復(fù)合肥、活性碳、草酸、高錳酸鉀、塑料白球、氯化銨、梳銨、硫脲。
Typical materials for drying:
Borate acid, Sodium borate, Citric acid, Salt, Monosodium glutamate, Distiller grains, Yeast (feed), Sesame, Compound fertilizer, Activated carbon, Oxalic acid. Potassium permanganate, Plastic white ball, Ammonium chloride, Ammonium sulphide, Urea sulphide.
