The component of the sheath is polyethylene. It has lower melting point. The component of the core is polypropylene or polyester. Just because these two materials h***e higher melting point. So, it maintains the high tensile strength and also has good laminating properties. The melting point of the sheath and core difference between 30 to 130 degrees centigrade.
