   公司采用***的設(shè)計與制造工藝，擁有從CAD、CAE、CAM一系列******的軟件技術(shù)。注塑成型技術(shù)方面采 用***的MOULD FLOW模流分析軟件，保證每件產(chǎn)品，每一副模具成型一部到位，從而縮短模具制造周期 。設(shè)計與制造過程大量參考GB／T《塑料模具技術(shù)條件》、《塑料模具零件技術(shù)條件》，從根本上標(biāo)準(zhǔn)化 模具整體，提高模具精度和質(zhì)量，延長模具使用壽命。每副模具都有專門的工藝跟單師負責(zé)，控制模具的 生產(chǎn)周期與質(zhì)量。模具試模后的樣件及模具出運前均由質(zhì)管人員檢驗、審核通過后方可出運，嚴格控制模具質(zhì)量。
