2. General Description
A7700 is a high performance and low cost 2.4GHz RF front end by CMOStechnology. It integrates PA (up to 19dBm outputpower), LNA (gain up to 11 dB), RF switch as well as matching network so that onlya few external components are needed.A7700 c***ists of two stages PA to provide extended link budget (distance) of largerTX output power and LNA for higherRX sensitivity in a wireless system. A7700 also has a very low sleep current (0.2 uA)for not only portable c***umerelectronic device but wireless sensor applicati***(IEEE 802.15.4) in the 2.4 GHz I*** band. All features are integrated in a***all QFN-16 3X3mm package. Overall, A7700 is a range extender for all existingAMICCOM’s 2.4GHz TRX to provideusers the total soluti*** of 2.4GHz high power module design including PCB layout,matching network and performanceoptimization.
3. Feature
***all size (QFN 3X3, 16 pins). Support 2400 ~ 2483.5MHz I*** band. Wide range operation 2.0V ~ 3.6V. TX output power 17.9dBm when Pin = 0dBm. PA and LNA current adjustable by bias resistor on BG pin. LNA high/low gain mode adjustable by HGM pin. Few external components. Integrate two stages PA. Integrate LNA. Integrate RF switch. Integrate Inductors. Integrate matching network. 6.8 dB LNA noise figure in high gain mode. Low Sleep current 0.2 uA. RX current 4.3 mA @ high gain mode. TX current 97 mA @ 17.9 dBm output power when Pin = 0dBm @ Vdd = 3.3V.

A7700整合了PA,LNA和RF Switch 于小面積的QFN 3x3封裝內(nèi),該芯片可將PA輸出功率增加到18dBm,LNA增加11dB增益,同時(shí),笙科提供客戶A7700與A7121,A7125,A7105一起搭配的參考設(shè)計(jì),該評估模塊均符合美國FCC part 15.247以及歐洲ETSI EN300-328的EMC規(guī)范,設(shè)計(jì)者不需多花時(shí)間調(diào)整射頻效能,便可獲得低成本***能的解決方案,比起傳統(tǒng)的分離式組件設(shè)計(jì),采用笙科電子提供的2.4GHz FSK收發(fā)器+A7700整合設(shè)計(jì),可減少30%外部組件。
